The vision for Bluff Point is to create a new four season community that allows its residents and visitors to enjoy and experience the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay and in the process gain a greater appreciation of the Bay’s bounty and importance. A place where the quiet, peacefulness and restorative qualities of nature are footsteps away from one's doorsteps. A community that is literally on the side of the Chesapeake Bay and honors the maritime heritage, rural nature, beauty and charm of Northumberland County, the “Mother County of the Northern Neck” of Virginia.
